Have you ever seen those commercials where perhaps a cold medicine tells you to choose it because it's a combination of all of your cough, runny-nose, stuffy head medications?

Think of this entertainment podcast kind of like that (just contagious in a good way).  Some podcasts cover a certain kind of genre.  Others cover just movies or television shows.  The Critic Show combines all of those topics and mixes in listener opinions and celebrity interviews!

Sci-Fi is spotlighted often.  Just like in Episode 13.
The most important part of that to remember is "listener opinions".  That's why we're called The Critic Show!  Listeners are asked their opinions on Facebook and Twitter and then shared on every show!  They can also call in a review!


A new show goes live on the 15th and end of every month.  Each episode contains a new entertainment topic put up for spotlight and discussion.

Season one alone covered sequels, remakes, cult shows, internet viral videos, the fall TV season, horror movies, bad movies that we are afraid to admit we watch, TV shows we can't believe our friends have never seen, high school movies, the Muppets, Star Trek and holiday movies.

Guests included actors from Legend of the Seeker, Batman, Office Space, Teen Wolf, Friday the 13th, The Great Muppet Caper, The Big Bang Theory, Napoleon Dynamite, Back to the Future and Blazing Saddles.


Season two is under way with guests from Star Wars, Red Dwarf, Monty Python and Firefly on the schedule.  Later this season the listener-selected topic of animated movies will be produced.


Every show can be streamed or downloaded to your phone or MP3 play for free!  Podcasts are great to listen to at home, during your workout, on a roadtrip, on a plane, while you workout and whenever you want something to entertain you.

It's like a radio show without commercials.  In this case, you're more than a listener...you're part of the show and an important part of the club here!
